Salespersons will communicate with customers in terms of their requirements to make a design drawing of jewelry display cases and our structural designers will assist to make it reliable to manufacture and details of the design drawing for the display cases for jewelry will be confirmed.
Purchase raw materials
Purchasing and pre-processing materials according to the detailed design drawings, such as purchasing stainless steel plates and grooving, bending or laser cutting, this process generally takes 2-3 days; purchasing the lights (no customization required) and finishing materials indicated on the drawings, such as leather, microfiber velvet; you also need to purchase specified hardware accessories, such as locks, door hinges, slide rails, etc.
After processing the partial shape of the stainless steel plate, the welder will weld the frame of the display case for jewellery according to the drawings to shape it. When designing, the structural designer will pay attention to the stability of the frame structure. The welder will also confirm it again during welding. After welding and forming, the dimensions will be measured.
If the size of the lamp is special, it will be purchased at this step. The glass will be bought as well here because the accuracy. Then the grinder will grind the solder joints and polish the corners;
Brushed or mirror treatment and electroplating
After that, the stainless steel is mirrored or brushed according to the customer's requirements; then the surface of the stainless steel is electroplated, so that the stainless steel display jewellery cases show different colors.
Stainless steel electroplating is based on existing stainless steel color plates to make colors. During the production process, the stains on the stainless steel surface are first cleaned, then baked at high temperature, and then the adjusted oil color is soaked in the stainless steel surface and baked at high temperature, and then perform surface antioxidant and anti-fingerprint treatment in the oil room after baking.
Brushing first and then electroplating will keep the anti-rust performance of the stainless steel; there is also a situation of electroplating first and then brushing.
Although this is not common, because the plating layer must be thick, the brushing depth must be controlled reasonably, and the cost will also increase.
In addition, if there is a showcase for jewelry that requires a logo, the logo must be chemically etched or laser engraved at this time.
The last step is the installation of stainless steel jewellery showcases, including the installation of lamps, glass, leather and locks. After installation, it is packed and put into wooden boxes for shipment.
